Shipping Policy

Shipping is as follows:

  • €5.00 for orders to all of Europe up to and under 0.5kg

  • €10.00 for orders to all of Europe over 0.5kg up to 1kg

  • €15.00 for orders to all of Europe over 1kg up to 1.5kg

  • €20.00 for orders to all of Europe over 1.5kg up to 2kg

  • €25.00 for orders to all of Europe over 2kg

UK

  • €5.00 for orders to all of Europe up to and under 0.5kg

  • €10.00 for orders to all of Europe over 0.5kg up to 1kg

  • €15.00 for orders to all of Europe over 1kg up to 1.5kg

  • €20.00 for orders to all of Europe over 1.5kg up to 2kg

  • €25.00 for orders to all of Europe over 2kg

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

We operate a STRICT 10-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 10th day. The returns period starts from the day your item arrives. If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS;

- SALE ITEMS 

- ALL JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES. INCLUDING EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, HAIRBANDS, HATS, HAIRCLIPS, BAGS, HANDBAGS, CLUTCHES, BELTS.

- SWIMWEAR

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Jaki's Boutique will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;

  • All the original labels, tags are still attached

  • Not worn or damaged

  • Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it

  • Must be posted back within 10 days from receipt of the item  

  • Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) box supplied.

Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.

Any item that has been worn, labels removed, or has any make up, deodorant, perfume marks.

​

Sale items are non refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty we need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS of you receiving the item via email with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Please note any queries made for orders via any social media platforms are not accepted. All communications for order queries must come through email.
